The operations centre is available to drivers and our customers 24/7 to ensure maximum safety, efficiency and reliability. Once triggered, the alarm system immediately alerts our operations centre, which, based on the alarm, contacts the competent authorities in the area and takes prompt action to resolve the problem.
Information collection and command management system
One of the pillars of the Chiggiato safety system is the alarm system. This instrument is essential in the event of vehicle malfunctions, driver illness or problems with the cargo, such as variances in the internal temperature. In fact, any anomaly is promptly reported to the control centre which then intervenes remotely, providing assistance to resolve the problem.
The tyre control system works in synergy with the alarm system: thanks to the use of innovative technologies we are able to remotely control the health of the tyres on our vehicles and implement solutions even before malfunctions occur on roads throughout Europe.

The controlled opening system allows access to the cargo only byentering a security code and unlocking the mechanism inside the doors.Any attempt to force the vehicle open immediately triggers the alarm system that alerts the driver.
To demonstrate the operation of the security and cooling system, a final report is provided to the customer for the traceability of the temperature of the goods and the door openings.

This information collection system offers the possibility to perform constant instrumental controls on the vehicle and on the temperature of the cargo compartment, allowing our staff to intervene remotely if needed.
